Lessons Cancelled Tonight

Due to the extreme cold, we have decided to cancel lessons this evening.  Our winter riding policy states that for the first cancellation in a session, riders are asked to schedule a make-up lesson.  If we have to cancel lessons again on a Tuesday this session, we will deduct the cost of the lesson off the next session.

Please email Nikki to schedule your make-up lesson.

Upcoming Events

Happy New Year!
We wish everyone a happy, healthy and safe new year!  Thank-you to all of our wonderful clients; working with such terrific people makes the crazy hours all worthwhile.  We are always working to improve our facilites and services to make Raynham the best place to ride and we're confident that this year is going to be the greatest yet!

Show Team Try-outs
Thank-you to everyone that braved the cold last Thursday to try-out for the 2012 Show Team.  There was a ton of excellent riding and Jo Young, our dressage judge (and Lindsay & Nikki's coach) was impressed with overall improvement in skill from last year.  We will be holding a make-up date for anyone that was out of town over the holidays.  We will post the make-up date shortly, it will likely be a Sunday later this month.  Results for try-outs will not be posted until after the make-up date.

Monday, January 1st
Session Three Begins
Winter riding can be warm and enjoyable as long as you dress correctly.  You wouldn't go skiing dressed in leggings and a sweatshirt - so dress warmly for the barn as well! Wear winter riding boots, headband, winter gloves, hot packs for those really chilly days and dress in lots of layers.  As soon as you get riding, you'll be shedding layers quickly!  Our horses need care year-round so keep riding year round too.

Monday, March 12th - Friday, March 16th
Winter Boot Camp
Not going away for March Break?  Want to whip your riding skills into shape? Come to our terrific Raynham Boot Camp!  Two lessons/day, dressage in the morning and jumping in the afternoon plus classroom sessions over lunch.  We'll also do a combined test on the Friday in the afternoon, complete with ribbons! A total of 9 lessons + judged show over the week plus each rider will work with Nikki to create individualized goals for the season and future.
Cost: $425 + HST = $480.25
Register soon - ONLY 12 SPACES AVAILABLE!
